The Twisted Beliefs that Drove the Third Reich

Sunday, January 15, 2017
I focus only on Hitler’s apparent supportive statements of God and religion my review, and, owing to space limitations, do not discuss his many anti-religious statements and acts (e. g, see p. 130).

Weikart takes a balanced but critical view of the sources that he uses. For instance, when it comes to HITLER'S TABLE TALK and its content that portrays Hitler as an atheist, Weikart points out that the accepted Picker and Jochmann German-language editions show Hitler to be as anti-Christian as do the veracity-challenged editions. (p. 282). When it comes to Hermann Rauschning, Richard Weikart is willing to tentatively accept many of Rauschning's statements on Hitler. (pp. 283-284; See also p. 380). >>more...

Tematy tabu w powojennym Izraelu

Sunday, December 4, 2016
>>more...

Nadreprezentacja Żydów w komunistycznym aparacie terroru

Sunday, December 4, 2016
Sowieci całkowicie ufali Żydom. Żydowscy partyzanci wstępowali do milicji i bezpieki. Po II wojnie światowej Żydzi stanowili mniej niż 1% społeczeństwa Polskiego. W 1945 Bierut twierdził, że Żydzi zajmują ponad 500 stanowisk kierowniczych w Ministerstwie Bezpieczeństwa Publicznego, czyli ponad 13%, i stanowią 1,7% ogółu pracowników resortu. Od 1944 do 1956 Żydzi stanowili 29% kierownictwa bezpieki, był to nieproporcjonalnie duży odsetek wśród wszystkich funkcjonariuszy aparatu terroru dla społeczności stanowiącej poniżej 1% wśród osób zamieszkujących zimie polskie. >>more...

JEWISH HOLOCAUST SCHOLAR TAKES FLAK FOR HIS FAIRNESS TO POLES, AND TO THE FACTS

Shimon Redlich, a Holocaust survivor (p. 105), is Professor Emeritus of History, Ben Gurion University. He was previously Director of the Rabb Center for Holocaust Studies, also at Ben Gurion University. (p. 294). In this volume, he writes a bombshell chapter titled: “Some Remarks on the Holocaust by a Marginal Historian”. (pp. 105-109). >>more...

Israeli Society, the Holocaust and its Survivors jews and comunists

Wednesday, November 23, 2016
This work begins with basic information on the Holocaust. The reader learns that, although the Nazi decision to exterminate the Jews was not made before spring 1941 (p. 14), Chaim Weizmann had quoted the (possibly talismanic) figure of 6 million Jewish victims, as early as 1939. (p. 13). [The 6 million figure had been suggested decades earlier.] >>more...

: Na pograniczu dwoch swiatow;IN THE NO-MAN’S-LAND BETWEEN TWO WORLDS

Tuesday, November 22, 2016
IN THE NO-MAN’S-LAND BETWEEN TWO WORLDS is a nonliteral, but perhaps the most informative, translation of this Polish-language work. It refers to the assimilated Jewish author’s difficulty of completely fitting into either the Jewish world or the Polish world. >>more...

The Polish Underground and the Jews, 1939-1945;An Odd Chimera of Good/Poor Quality. Contextual Vacuum. Scholars Disregarded. Blatantly Selective Use and Avoidance of Evidence,

Tuesday, November 22, 2016
The sophisticated reader who is looking for something new--a book that candidly addresses both sides of Polish-Jewish antagonisms--can stop right here. It does not. It continues the standard Jewish-wrongdoing-denialism approach. [My review is based on an online version, and the pagination used below does not correspond to the pagination of the printed version of this book.]

To address and correct all the issues raised in this book would require its own book. I focus on a few of them. >>more...

Poles,Jews and holocaust;A History of American Jewish Polonophobia Through the 1980's

Tuesday, November 22, 2016
Although this book was written almost 20 years ago, it retains its significance. Its author was one of the last surviving leaders of the Polish Underground state under German Nazi occupation, and was honored at Yad Vashem for his aid to Jews (p. 104). He not only gives a firsthand account of Polish-Jewish relations during WWII, but also traces many mischaracterizations of this history in the American press through 1989. The informed reader can also appreciate how little has changed since then. >>more...
